How do I pay my rent?
You can pay your rent easily by direct debit through our system, “Yorlet”

What payment methods are accepted for rent?
Rent can be paid either by direct debit, or by card payment. It’s up to you.

What is included in my rent?
Your rent includes the use of your apartment and the facilities within the communal areas - i.e. the gym, pool, etc. (where available).

Do I have to pay for utilities?
Yes, the payment of utilities is the responsibility of the resident. You should set up all accounts before you move in.

What does my rent deposit cover?
Your rent deposit covers minor damage to the property at the end of your tenancy.

Where is my rent deposit held?
urbanbubble holds all deposits in our ring-fenced client account. These are protected with TDS

Do I have to pay council tax?
Yes, it is your responsibility to pay council tax, and you will need to set up an account for this.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?
The best way to raise any issues with your apartment is via our app. You can also contact the team on +44(0) 161 236 3344.

Who undertakes the inventory?
Our dedicated Inventory Team will undertake a full inventory and provide you with a complete report.

Can I have pets?
This will depend on the terms of the buildings lease. If they are permitted, you will also need permission from your landlord.

Do I need to take out insurance?
We advise all our residents to take out contents insurance.

What do I need to do if I am a student to rent?
If you are a student, please contact our lettings team to discuss your specific circumstances.

What documents do I need to provide for referencing?
We will require proof of your income, a landlord reference and Right to Rent documents.

How do I renew my contract at the end or how many months’ notice do I have to give to leave?
Around 4 months prior to the end of your tenancy, our dedicated property management team will contact you to discuss your future plans. The notice period is 1 month, in line with the end of your fixed term.

Can we rent to 3 friends in one property?
This depends on the details of the building lease.

What is the usual lead time on apartments managed by urbanbubble?
This will depend on the time of the year, but on average this is around a minimum of one week after the property has been reserved.

What is the process for submitting a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted via our app or Fixflo.

Which furnishings or appliances are included?
Included furnishings and appliances will be confirmed when you view the apartment.
